Wildflower Wander

Step into a sea of colour on this Wildflower Wander—a stunning 5km hike from Thistle Cove to Lucky Bay that celebrates the seasonal beauty of Cape Le Grand National Park.

Led by Off The Beaten Track WA’s passionate Guides, this relaxed hike takes you through granite headlands, coastal heath, and sandy trails bursting with spring wildflowers. Expect to spot vibrant displays of wattles, banksias, triggerplants, orchids and sticky tail flowers while taking in sweeping views of white sandy beaches and turquoise bays.

Along the way, we’ll pause to breathe in the wild scents of the bush, capture the bloom with our cameras, and learn more about the delicate ecosystems that make this part of WA so special.

Pausing at iconic Lucky Bay for some morning or afternoon tea, you’ll be greeted by ocean breezes and (if we’re lucky) a few kangaroo friends lazing on the beach. A sensory celebration of spring, sea, and spectacular blooms—this is nature’s magic, grounded.
